Rhys Kelly
Founder & Director
Having over 20 years property development experience, Rhys has worked amongst all facets of the development industry.
His career history incudes roles in both a publicly listed company and as a director of a private Western Australian developer, working on large scale residential land subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, and multi-unit apartments. During this time, Rhys also became one of the youngest councillors of UDIA WA at just 28 years old, which he then went on to become State President in 2015.
All of these accomplishments, important mentorships, and diverse project experiences have led to this point in Rhys’ career, the launch of Fabric Property.
